- The worst intersection for pedestrian accidents in the Valley was Vesper Avenue and Kittridge Street in Van Nuys.
- For bicyclists, Vanowen Street and Sepulveda Boulevard—also in Van Nuys—was the riskiest Valley intersection.
The same LAPD report revealed that San Fernando Valley car accidents increased 21% in 2021. Those that involved serious injury increased by 30%.
