Los Angeles Police Department Car Accident Settlement
PARRIS represented a woman and her daughter who were struck by a Los Angeles Police Department car when they made a left turn in front of the LAPD car. As a result of the crash our client was significantly injured. The Los Angeles Police Department blamed our client for the crash and refused to settle the case for an amount that was fair. After extensive litigation and a trial a settlement for $5,000,000 was obtained.
