Hourly Workers Class Action Settlement
PARRIS obtained a $29.5 million class action settlement on behalf of hourly workers against a Fortune 500 major home improvement company.
The home improvement company workers were paid by the hour and were working off-the-clock without being compensated. Plaintiffs’ motion for class certification was granted and upheld by the court of appeal.
Another notable wage-and-hour class action victory obtained by PARRIS involved a $29 million settlement against a utility company.
