The Software Administrator is a hands-on role that provides support to our firm by configuring, optimizing, and deploying our Case Management and CRM software. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, with superb communication skills and have prior software experience.
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Troubleshooting user issues
- Learning and implementing program updates
- Formatting and updating form documents in the software
- Working with SQL servers
- Customizing software to firm’s benefit
- Running reports
- Training users on software functionality
- Miscellaneous duties and responsibilities, as assigned
