We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This position works closely with our Marketing Director to plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to achieve the firm’s marketing goals. This person will be able to apply both their creative and analytical skills to drive brand awareness for one of the most recognized law firms in the legal field. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, strong multi-tasker, organized, and displays excellent project management skills. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Primary Duties:

  • Oversee the creation and delivery of social creative assets and copy
  • Draft digital and print marketing materials
  • Monitor all marketing channels for brand consistency
  • Write marketing copy consistent with brand identity
  • Coordinate promotional events
  • Manage 3rd party marketing vendors
  • Manage and oversee marketing campaign calendar
  • Miscellaneous tasks as directed by management

    Applicant Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1-3 years prior marketing experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
    • Be self-reliant and able to implement and manage tasks independently
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Strong time management skills with a sharp attention to detail
    • Able to drive projects from concept to execution
