The IT Help Desk position is a hands-on role that provides support to our firm by installing, configuring, and maintaining our computer systems. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with strong decision-making abilities and superb communication skills.
- Provide technical expertise on calls and tickets generated by staff.
- Resolve basic software and hardware issues.
- Have an understanding of troubleshooting the client operating systems.
- Remotely or physically access user’s computers to make changes to their system and settings perform system tests or updates.
- Miscellaneous duties and responsibilities, as assigned by CTO.
