We are seeking a highly organized and motivated candidate to join our team as an Assistant Case Manager. All applicants must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and great communication skills.

The ideal candidate will perform many different tasks, but be primarily involved in: 

  • Addressing client questions and concerns
  • Creating and managing new client files in an electronic case management system
  • Communicating with insurance companies
  • Drafting correspondence with clients and outside parties
  • Ordering/Reviewing health insurance liens and medical records
  • Analyzing case property damage
  • Miscellaneous duties assigned by Case Manager
